Job Opening: Associate Training Coordinator / ATC

Location: NIIT Limited, Gurgaon

Shifts: Day & Night (Night allowance provided)

Transport: Both-side cab provided (within hiring zone)

Job Description

We are hiring for the Associate Training Coordinator role at NIIT Limited. This position involves providing 245 Training Administration Support to global clients across EMEA, NAM & APAC regions. The role requires strong communication, customer handling skills, and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 245 training administration support to international clients
  • Assist customers with training administration issues via email
  • Provide resolutions and training scheduling options
  • Gather required information and perform detailed case analysis
  • Document cases in the system and generate tickets
  • Create daily/weekly reports using MS Excel
  • Perform Training Management tasks on Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates can apply: B.A., B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA, BHM
  • B.Tech (Mechanical / Biotech) can apply
  • Distance PG, PGDM are eligible
  • BE / MCA NOT eligible
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Must be graduated (Non-Tech preferred)
