About the Role:

We're looking for an
Associate Designer
who can independently handle projects across digital, social, and branding. You'll be designing for podcasts, social media, client brands, websites, and packaging while working closely with the senior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design
    podcast assets
    : cover art, episode creatives, thumbnails, templates, and internal communication materials.
  • Create
    social media posts & assets for videos
    (Reels, statics, short-form edits, minor animations).
  • Work on
    branding collaterals
    including packaging, decks, and marketing collaterals.
  • Design
    web pages and UI mockups
    for websites/landing pages.
  • Support senior designers with art direction and brand guideline development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure design quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–4years of professional design experience (agency or brand side).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva. Up to date with Ai tools.
  • Experience with
    branding, packaging, and social-first design
    .
  • Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
