Job description

we are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Consultant to join our business consulting team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching new consulting services that meet the evolving needs of the cement industry.

Prior experience may be in business consulting for any engineering or manufacturing clients .

Candidates from BIG 5 Management Consulting firms would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and client demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative service ideas that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed service proposals, including value propositions, target audience, pricing strategies, and projected ROI.
  • Design new service offerings, leveraging your understanding of client pain points and market gaps.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed services.
  • Lead the end-to-end development process, from ideation to launch, including timeline management.
  • Continuously monitor the performance and impact of launched services, gathering feedback and insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our services remain relevant and cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BTech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical) and MBA
  • Proven experience (5-15 years) in service design, innovation, or product development, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, design software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consulting industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
