Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their domain expertise to drive impactful solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver value-driven outcomes. Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize Property & Casualty Insurance processes. - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends in Property & Casualty Insurance. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Design and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications. - Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting key achievements and challenges. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness. - Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the organization. - Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend further enhancements as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies. - Show experience in conducting workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings. - Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
