We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can make brands shine in the fast-paced world of digital. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, reels, and platform algorithms, adapting them smartly to suit IT and e-commerce audiences.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content — from static posts to reels, stories, infographics, and short videos.

Plan and run social media campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

Engage with the audience — respond to comments, messages, and build an active community.

Track competitors and industry trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in IT or e-commerce).

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content strategies, and performance marketing basics.

Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for witty, relatable, and impactful storytelling.

Ability to adapt quickly to new formats and emerging trends.

Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
