Tele sales Representative– Australian Process

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently document and manage leads using Excel to achieve a top-tier conversion rate.
- Engage with homeowners and business owners (leads provided) to understand their needs and provide customized solar solutions.
- Schedule site inspections as required.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay informed on market trends and customer insights to tailor your sales strategies and stay ahead in a dynamic market.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound sales (experience in the Australian solar market is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and achieve success.
