Summary:Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Ivalua Buyer configuration issues reported by clients.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand and define technical requirements.
  • Design and configure feasible solutions based on client needs using Ivalua Buyer.
  • Conduct unit, regression, and SIT (System Integration Testing).
  • Prepare test scenarios and maintain configuration documentation.
  • Create business and functional interface specifications and user manuals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to strong customer relationships through ongoing support and communication.
Requirements:
  • University degree or currently pursuing (preferred: IT, Economics).
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or above (FCE, TOEFL, TELC).
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT implementation or procurement projects.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Ivalua Buyer configuration.
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in T-SQL / PL/SQL.
  • Certified Ivalua L3 knowledge.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, ERP systems, and project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMI).
  • Working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, ETL, and EAI.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Camunda, and MS Office.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to organize tasks independently and manage deliverables efficiently.
  • Creativity, ownership, and perseverance in meeting goals.
