About the Role

We're hiring a Brand & Content Lead who can define JetLearn's voice and bring it to life across every touchpoint - from brand positioning and internal storytelling to content creation and go-to-market messaging.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - someone who loves thinking deeply about brand narrative
and

writing content that moves people to action.

You'll work independently, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure every message, campaign, and launch reflects a unified brand story.

What You'll Own

Customer & Insight Engine

  • Lead continuous customer discovery: parent and learner interviews, win/loss analysis, and Voice of Customer programs with Admissions and Success teams.

  • Maintain and evolve parent/learner personas, Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), and decision journeys (awareness → trial → enrollment → retention).

  • Run monthly "Voice of Customer" readouts—turning insights into clear actions and ownership.

Brand Strategy & Narrative (Internal First)

  • Define and refine JetLearn's positioning, value proposition, and proof points (outcomes, flexibility, curriculum quality, global trust).

  • Codify JetLearn's brand pillars, tone of voice, and storytelling framework in collaboration with Design.

  • Lead internal storytelling campaigns, training, and toolkits—so every team speaks one brand language.

Content & Messaging Enablement

  • Translate the brand narrative into high-impact assets: admissions pitches, FAQs, case studies, website copy, and launch playbooks.

  • Partner with Product and Academics to craft messaging for new features, curricula, and launches.

  • Build a pipeline of customer stories—testimonials, student spotlights, and project showcases—to bring JetLearn's impact to life.

External Brand Storytelling

  • Drive owned and earned campaigns across website, blog, email, and select paid/partner channels.

  • Conceptualize and execute narrative-led brand campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, AI Learning Pathways).

  • Collaborate with PR partners, creators, and media outlets to amplify JetLearn's story - only after internal alignment and readiness.

Measurement & Improvement

  • Develop and track a simple dashboard connecting brand health → engagement → enrollments/retention.

  • Experiment with content formats and messaging angles to test resonance.

  • Conduct quarterly brand retrospectives to refine clarity and impact.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Think like a strategist but write like a storyteller.

  • Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end without direct reports.

  • Love distilling complex ideas (AI, coding, robotics) into parent-friendly, emotionally resonant messages.

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in brand or content marketing, ideally in D2C, eCommerce, or EdTech.

  • Can switch easily between strategy decks and long-form content without losing the big picture.

  • Believe that brand is built through consistency, empathy, and storytelling - not just design or ads.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in D2C, eCommerce, or FMCG brand storytelling.

  • Familiarity with education, parenting, or youth-focused audiences.

  • Proven ability to craft messaging and tone for global audiences.
