Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & Catalogue Management
  • Create, update, and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and company website.
  • Upload product images, titles, descriptions, sizes, and pricing as per platform guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate categorization, keywords, and metadata for better product visibility.
  • Photoshop & Image Editing
  • Edit and retouch garment images using Photoshop.
  • Prepare images as per marketplace size and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the photography team for image requirements.
  • Inventory & Order Management
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
  • Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze product performance, sales trends, and competitor pricing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Suggest improvements in product listings and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Support & Coordination
  • Handle customer queries related to products, returns, or order issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery concerns.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Manage banners, creatives, and promotional content.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Fashion, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, MS Excel, and marketplace dashboards.
