Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Head of Business Development. The role involves overseeing and driving strategic business growth initiatives, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, and managing large-scale accounts. Responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, creating detailed business plans, leading account management teams, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and execution will be key to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Business Development and Account Management
- Proven ability in Business Planning and formulating effective strategies
- Excellent Sales skills and demonstrated success in achieving targets
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research and decision-making
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Prior experience in a senior business development or strategic management role preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
