Job Summary: DriveX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in bike sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles, a strong sales background, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
- Actively engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various bike models to customers.
- Close sales by guiding customers through the purchase process, including financing options and warranty details.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest bike models, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Provide customers with detailed information about bike specifications, pricing, and promotions.|
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Promotional Activities:
- Participate in sales events, bike shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of bike models and specifications.
