The District Manager (DM) is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a group of retail stores within an assigned geographic region. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the stores meet sales and operational goals, maintaining company standards for customer service, and ensuring the profitability and productivity of each store. The District Manager will manage store managers, supervise their performance, and implement policies and programs to improve store operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily operations across all assigned Licious outlets to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with FSSAI norms, hygiene, safety, and audit standards.
  • Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, VM guidelines, and store layouts as per brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory management, wastage control, and cold chain maintenance.

People Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers and Shift Supervisors to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify training needs and ensure on-ground team capability building.
  • Partner with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, and retention of store-level talent.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer centricity across stores.

Expansion and Projects:

  • Support new store launches, ensuring readiness in staffing, training, and compliance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across outlets.
