Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce CPQ Consultant/Developer
to support and enhance CPQ implementations for a UK-based BFSI client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration, with a solid understanding of complex pricing and quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement
    Salesforce CPQ
    solutions including
    Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates
    .
  • Customize CPQ workflows to support BFSI-specific sales and pricing models.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Develop and maintain
    Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows
    related to CPQ functionality.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, billing, and finance platforms.
  • Support data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
  • Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability in CPQ implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of overall Salesforce experience with
    strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ
    .
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Product & Price Configuration
  • Pricing Methods & Discounting
  • Advanced Approvals
  • Quote Line Editor & Quote Templates
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce Sales Cloud
    and CPQ data model.
  • Experience in
    Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce Flows
    .
  • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience working in
    BFSI domain
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with global (UK) stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud
  • Agile / Scrum working experience
  • Prior experience in large enterprise or BFSI implementations
