Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Treasury team is looking for Asst. Manager level candidate to join our team. He/she will be responsible for Banking Operations viz. Liaison with Banks for Credit Limits, periodical compliances, documents submissions, Foreign exchange management, relationship management with various bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison with various banks for credit limits, renewal of credit limits , new loans
  • Bank Credit related compliances DP statement , Monthly /quarterly Stock statements , FFR etc
  • Preparation of CMA for banks on periodical basis
  • Foreign Exchange compliances
  • Administering Bank Signatories for Corporate Net Banking
  • Immediate action on time-to-time KYC requirements of Banks.
  • Preparing data for daily Fund Management.
  • Maintaining Borrowing records.
  • Work with credit rating companies for providing information and managing credit rating

Education Qualification & Experience Required

  • 5-8 years' experience in Corporate Banking Operations.
  • Knowledge of SAP - Preferred
  • B. Com / M.Com / Inter CA

Key Skills and Attitude Required

  • Communication skills.
  • Software skills. (Word, Excel, SAP, etc.).
  • Basic accounting and Banking knowledge.
  • Problem solving ability
