Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can think visually, move fast, and learn faster.

This role is ideal for designers who want to grow in the intersection of brand design, storytelling, and motion.

You'll assist the senior creative and strategy team in crafting visual systems for new brands, digital campaigns, and creative assets across social media, decks, and product communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of brand identities, campaign graphics, and pitch decks.
  • Design static and animated content for digital channels.
  • Edit and repurpose short-form videos for social media and marketing assets (basic video editing required).
  • Ensure consistency of design language across all deliverables.
  • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming and concept development.
  • Manage files, exports, and delivery timelines efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0.5 – 2 years of experience in graphic or digital design (internships included).
  • Education: Preference for candidates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 design schools or reputed universities (e.g., NID, NIFT, Srishti, Symbiosis, Pearl Academy, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, curious, and self-driven — comfortable working remotely.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in basic animation or motion design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva for layout iterations.
  • Awareness of creative trends in AI, fashion, Web3, or lifestyle branding.
