ClickUp Expert

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in ClickUp to streamline workflows, manage business processes, and improve project visibility across teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and optimizing ClickUp to align with business goals, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient task management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into structured workflows within ClickUp.
• Design, implement, and maintain ClickUp dashboards, automations, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Manage task hierarchies, custom fields, forms, and automations for optimized project tracking.
• Train and support team members on ClickUp best practices and usage.
• Generate reports and insights from ClickUp data to support business decisions.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support ongoing process improvement and ensure platform scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong expertise in ClickUp (workspace setup, automations, dashboards, integrations).
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and workflow design.
• Proficiency in creating process documentation, user guides, and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with other project management tools (Jira, Asana, ).
• Basic understanding of data visualization or BI tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
