● A Smart contract lifecycle management via automated document creation, Online negotiation, paper-free execution & centralized storage

About the Role

Among his/her responsibilities is preparing instruction manuals and articles intending to make complex, technical information easier to understand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for producing high-quality documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine the requirements of Clients.
  • Convert Client requirements into Business Requirements
  • Convert Business requirements into Software Requirement specification.
  • This SRS should be a go-to document for Developers and Testers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, support, etc.) to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Provide application content/email content/SMS content etc
  • Create, edit, and maintain technical documents including user guides, API documentation, manuals, and online help systems.
  • Gather usability feedback from Clients, designers, QA, and other teams.
  • Revise/Update documents as new issues arise/new requirements or changes come up.
  • Simplify technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience
  • Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation
  • Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it
  • Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner
  • Standardise content across products, and implement and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve documentation quality.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a bonus.

Proficiency in documentation tools such as :

  • Notepad++
  • Microsoft
  • Windows Snipping Tool/Snag IT
  • Microsoft Word/Google Docs
  • Postman
  • Adobe RoboHelp(Optional)
