Job description:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and compliance to ensure smooth HR functionality.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and welfare programs.
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain the accuracy of employee data and reporting metrics.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce insights, including employee turnover, attendance, and engagement levels.
Job Specification
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations with at least a year in a managerial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
