Note: This is for Weekday's internal team.
Training period (6 month) – ₹20,000/month (₹15,000 fixed + ₹5,000 performance bonus)
Post-training (Post 6th month) – ₹4–6 LPA based on performance
Location: Remote / Work from Home (India)
Type: Full-Time | 6-day work week | 10 AM – 7 PM
Eligibility: Only for 2025 graduates – currently enrolled college students will not be considered

Your Role
As a Sales Intern, you won't just be shadowing the sales team; you'll be a vital part of it You will actively communicate with our customers, providing them with top-notch service while honing your sales skills. You'll receive hands-on training, learn dynamic sales techniques, and contribute to various sales management tasks. Requirements
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls & emails to potential clients, present our services, and generate interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Schedule & run product demos with decision-makers.
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
- Take full ownership of targets and revenue contribution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to sell anything given to you – you thrive on closing deals.
- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a remote setup.
