Role Summary
Were looking for a confident, high-energy Business Development Manager skilled in identifying, engaging, and servicing High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
The ideal candidate understands the expectations, lifestyle, and financial needs of affluent clients and thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and acquire HNI clients through networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
2. Build deep, meaningful relationships by understanding client life goals and recommending aligned financial solutions.
3. Present customized investment strategies across mutual funds, equities, bonds, and other wealth products.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding, documentation, and periodic portfolio reviews.
5. Stay updated on financial markets, evolving products, and competitor insights.
6. Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism, empathy, and long-term ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Experience- Somewhere 3–7 years in financial services, wealth management, luxury sales, hospitality, or premium client-facing roles where trust and discretion are paramount.
2. Exposure to HNI clients is essential, potentially from:Wealth management firms, private banks, boutique advisory firms.
3. Premium real estate or luxury automobile sales,Golf clubs, elite membership programs, luxury holiday memberships,Art galleries, bespoke fashion, private concierge services
Skills & Traits
1. Outstanding communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
2. High emotional intelligence and confidentiality in client interactions
3. Strong networking ability with a credible social presence
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined follow-through and client ownership
Education
1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
2. Certifications such as NISM (Mutual Fund / Investment Advisor) preferred or willingness to pursue
