Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive online growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities ∙Strategy & Planning
oDevelop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
oPlan and manage digital marketing budgets and resources effectively.
oIdentify emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact. ∙
Campaign Management
oOversee all digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
oOptimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI. oCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. ∙
Content & Social Media
oSupervise the creation and distribution of engaging and high-quality digital content.
oManage social media presence and grow community engagement across platforms.
oCollaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies.
∙Analytics & Reporting
oMonitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
oUse insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
oTrack ROI and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
∙Team Leadership
oManage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
oFoster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
∙5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
∙Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
∙Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
∙Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
∙Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and results orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
∙Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
∙Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
∙Knowledge of web design principles, UX, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
