About Astroden Observatory

Astroden Observatory is Rajasthan's first nature-based astronomy experience, located near the Ranthambhore jungle and expanding across the state's beautiful deserts and natural landscapes.

We combine astrotourism, travel, and education to offer guests immersive experiences under the open sky — from stargazing nights and telescope sessions to nature exploration and eco-living.

We're looking for a passionate explorer who loves the night sky, enjoys travel, and wishes to live and work close to nature—away from city chaos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting stargazing sessions and astronomy-based events in jungles and desert areas of Rajasthan.
  • Coordinate guest experiences, including hospitality, setup, and travel logistics at off-grid nature camps.
  • Interact with visitors, share stories about stars, planets, and local nature experiences.
  • Learn and assist in astronomy workshops such as rocket-making, sundial creation, and astrophotography.
  • Capture and document experiences through photos, videos, and social media content.
  • Support smooth on-site operations including guest communication, hospitality management, and basic logistics.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Studies.
  • Language: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Personality: Curious, polite, adaptable, and ready to learn new things.
  • Travel Willingness: Comfortable traveling across Rajasthan's jungles and deserts, and working in remote, outdoor environments.
  • Schedule: Flexible to work during evenings or nights for stargazing sessions.
