Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves regular collaboration with various departments to ensure business targets are met and surpassed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Strategy Development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
