Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
UGNX Lead Design Engineer
to lead the design and development of
automotive plastic components
(interior and exterior). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
UGNX CAD software
, proven experience in
leading design projects
, and the ability to communicate fluently in
Japanese
to collaborate with Japanese clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the design and development of
plastic parts
for automotive interiors and exteriors using
UGNX
.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

·      Interface directly with
Japanese clients
and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design solutions.

·      Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

·      Minimum
5+ years of experience
in plastic part design using
UGNX
.

·      Proven experience in
leading design projects
for automotive plastic components.

·      Strong understanding of
tooling, molding processes
, and
material selection
.

·      Fluent in
Japanese
(speaking, reading, and writing) and English.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·      
Experience working with Japanese OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.

·      Knowledge of
CATIA V5
or other CAD tools is a plus.

·      Familiarity with
automotive standards
and
regulatory requirements
