Job Title: HR Executive - Payroll & Hiring Operations
Reports to: HR Executive
Location: Delhi, Okhla
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Hiring Operations:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
- Drive employee referral programs and internal job postings.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records using HR software.
- Draft and issue HR documents, including offer letters and appointment letters.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and analyze payroll-related reports, including attendance and salary statements.
- Provide insights on HR metrics and implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of payroll software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR Management.
Experience with HR Software.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in Excel.
