Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage payroll processing and attendance systems.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
