Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and ground-driven Operations Executive (Team Leader) who will take ownership of day-to-day driver management operations. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth coordination with drivers and operational efficiency in Kolkata. The candidate should have strong on-ground knowledge and the ability to manage drivers effectively while meeting organisational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations related to driver deployment and coordination.

Act as the key point of contact for drivers – ensuring smooth communication, support, and issue resolution.

Monitor driver performance, attendance, and service delivery standards.

Coordinate with the central operations team to align driver supply with client demand.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational processes, and customer requirements.

Handle driver escalations and resolve ground-level challenges promptly.

Conduct regular visits, checks, and audits to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate data, reports, and records of drivers and daily operations.

Lead, mentor, and guide drivers to maintain discipline, professionalism, and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations/driver management/logistics coordination.

Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management abilities.

Ground-level operational knowledge of Mumbai routes and transport hubs.

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and phone-based coordination.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible with working hours, active 24*7 over calls and available for on-ground emergencies.
