We're now looking for an SEO Specialist who can help us grow our digital footprint organically someone who can turn search intent into discovery and awareness of our brand.

Role Overview :

As a Mid-Level SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in scaling Better Daily's organic presence across search engines. You'll be responsible for optimizing our website, blogs, and product pages to reach more people seeking health, fitness, and nutrition solutions online.

Your work will directly impact how thousands discover our mission to make healthy living simpler, smarter, and better daily.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy for Better Daily's website and blog.
  • Conduct keyword research focused on health, wellness, smoothies, and nutrition-related topics.
  • Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal links, content structure) for performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in every campaign.
  • Identify new opportunities for content topics and product discovery through organic search.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve site performance, crawl, or indexing issues.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies with ethical and quality-driven outreach.
  • Track, analyze, and report on organic performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Stay ahead of SEO and Google algorithm trends relevant to D2C and e-commerce growth.

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (preferably in D2C, FMCG, or wellness brands).
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and structured data implementation.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to turn data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, especially around wellness and nutrition content.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in content-driven SEO for lifestyle, wellness, or nutrition brands.
  • Familiarity with D2C website optimization and e-commerce analytics.
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Compensation

  • ₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month (fixed)
  • Additional performance-based bonuses for traffic and ranking growth, mutually agreed upon.
