KRA Store Manager (Waman Hari Pethe Jewellers)
- Sales & Business Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets. Drive sales in key product segments: Gold, Diamonds, Platinum, Solitaires, Silver, and Customized Jewellery. Maximize upselling, cross-selling, and average ticket size. 2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management Deliver premium customer service in line with WHP's brand reputation. Handle escalated queries and ensure seamless resolution. Strengthen customer loyalty through personalized services and jewellery after-sales support. Promote WHP's trust legacy – hallmark, buyback, and certification policies. 3. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Maintain ambience, hygiene, and customer-friendly store environment. Ensure jewellery displays follow WHP's brand aesthetics & seasonal campaigns. Monitor stock levels, prevent pilferage, and conduct timely stock audits. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations. 4. Team Leadership & Staff Development Recruit, train, and groom staff for sales excellence and customer delight. Conduct regular product knowledge and soft skills training. Drive performance through daily/weekly sales reviews. Build team alignment with WHP's values of trust, tradition, and innovation. 5. Marketing, Promotions & Events Execute local marketing strategies and festive promotions. Ensure successful implementation of WHP's brand campaigns in-store. Drive footfall through events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. 6. Financial Control & Reporting Ensure daily sales reporting, cash reconciliation, and timely banking. Keep operational costs within approved budgets. Monitor discounts, schemes, and credit sales as per company norms. 7. Compliance, Security & Audit Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and company compliance (hallmarking, GST, billing). Oversee security measures for high-value jewellery and customer safety. Be audit-ready with zero stock/financial discrepancies. 8. Brand Building & Customer Insights Collect and share customer feedback and market intelligence. Identify competitor strategies and suggest improvements. Contribute to building WHP's brand image as trustworthy, innovative, and customer-first.
