Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to join our team for our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) / Medical Billing process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the US healthcare market
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with prospective clients
  • Present company services confidently and professionally to international clients
  • Identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends, RCM services, and competitor landscape

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (US timing)
  • Previous experience in RCM / medical billing or international sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle is a plus
