About the Role:

ISDC is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Assistant Manager – Training & Placement
for the
Business Analytics vertical
. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and proven experience in student placement coordination, corporate relations, and industry tie-ups—especially with companies in the Analytics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizations in the Business Analytics and related industries.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate partners for student internships and placements.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement sessions, and student employability programs.
  • Collaborate with the academic and training teams to align student skills with market requirements.
  • Track and report placement statistics, ensuring high placement conversion rates.
  • Guide and mentor students on interview preparation, resume building, and soft skills.
  • Represent ISDC at career fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations (preferably in the Education or EdTech sector).
  • Strong connects with Business Analytics, Data Science, and IT-based companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and passionate about student career development.
