About the Role

SnapLogic is seeking an experienced
Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to support and grow relationships with our North America Enterprise customers. In this role, you will guide customers through onboarding, drive adoption of the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform, ensure successful renewals, and partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.

You will act as the trusted point of contact for priority responses, escalations, and strategic guidance—ensuring customers maximize value from their investment. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position within a fast-growing, innovative organization.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact for assigned Central/East Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to drive value and strategic adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Manage renewals and identify expansion/upsell opportunities.
  • Champion customer issues, feature requests, and escalations with internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Introduce new platform features and gather actionable customer feedback.
  • Support customers in maximizing product usage across their enterprise landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    in Customer Success or a similar role (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • Ability to travel within Central/Eastern US.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Engineering & Product.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of XML, REST/SOAP fundamentals.
  • Experience with integration tools, ETL pipelines, or platforms like Salesforce, Workday, Hadoop, Oracle, SAP (nice to have).
  • Proven success working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
