Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and running digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
  • SEO & SEM: Help optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Email Marketing: Design and distribute email campaigns, track open rates, and manage subscriber lists.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement.

  • Market Research: Analyze competitors, trends, and audience behavior to inform strategy.

  • Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

  • Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve complaints.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales.
  • CRM Updates: Record details of conversations and update customer databases.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
