Role Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Falguni Shane Peacock store in Mumbai . The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experience, achieve sales targets, maintain brand standards, and lead the store team with a strong focus on luxury service, styling, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive store sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience to all clients.
  • Build and manage VIP client relationships and develop repeat business.
  • Oversee client appointments and fittings; assist with styling when needed.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to ensure high performance and team engagement.
  • Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Operations & Inventory

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse for stock movement.
  • Monitor shrinkage, damages, and implement loss prevention protocols.

Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience

  • Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with brand aesthetics.
  • Implement seasonal visual merchandising updates.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with HO teams – accounts, logistics, marketing, and production.
  • Manage expenses, petty cash, and any in-store events or collaborations.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of couture, ready-to-wear, and bridal fashion (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of fashion styling and trend awareness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, billing systems, and POS software.

  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury retail.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on leadership style.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
