Design Proficiency: Role & responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee the creation of all visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring they align with brand identity and objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure consistency and a strong brand identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept and briefing through production and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design concepts support campaigns and company goals.
  • Review and approve all design work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications.
  • Translate strategic direction into creative, high-impact visual designs that resonate with the target audience.
