Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our Delhi office immediately. The role requires someone who can not only handle HR operations but also effectively manage employees, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency through HR tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management of employees across teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and induction.
  • Draft and update job descriptions, maintain employee records, and oversee HR documentation.
  • Administer payroll support, leave management, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems and appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, address grievances, and organize team-building programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal firm policies.
  • Use HR One for HR operations, and Jira for task allocation, workflow monitoring, and productivity tracking.
  • Work closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in law firms, consulting, or professional services).
  • Proven experience in employee management and team coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of HR tools (HR One, Jira, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity.

Compensation & Joining:

Salary: ₹25,000 per month during probation, increasing to ₹30,000 post probation.

Immediate joining required.
