Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Gurugram. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role requires close collaboration with department heads and providing strategic HR support to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the food catering or hospitality industry is a plus
