Role: Creative Producer – Shoots, Stories & Strategy


Location:
Mumbai (on-ground shoots + collaborative office culture)


Experience:
3–4 years


Compensation:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (negotiable within range based on skills and alignment)


Availability:
Immediate preferred

We're looking for a
Creative Producer
who's ready to get hands-on — someone who can balance creativity with coordination, ideas with execution, and chaos with consciousness.

This isn't a "9 to 5 role"; it's about building something that lasts — a space where creativity meets accountability and stories find their true form.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute
    shoots
    (camera or phone).
  • Manage
    operational sheets, production trackers, and timelines
    .
  • Represent Twitchy in
    client meetings, shoots, and brand collaborations
    .
  • Collaborate with
    creative, strategy, and production teams
    for smooth execution.
  • Contribute to
    concept creation, scripting, and storytelling
    .
  • Support or lead
    post-production
    processes.

Growth Scope:

Grow into a
Content Strategist / Director / Producer
for short-form and branded content — shaping meaningful, purposeful stories that leave an impact.
