**Role Expectations:
- Responsible for the management of creative projects, delivering them to agreed timelines and budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup and styling is a must.
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, film making, edit supervision and brand development.
- Track and ensure the development of project-based documentation such as cost estimates, marketing calendar, delivery timeline plans, production, schedules, PPM documents and post-production briefs.
- Lead clients and the internal team through project documentation such as statements of work ensuring they are completely informed on all aspects within the project
- Work closely with the Creative Team Lead and Creative Director to ensure all projects run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard and on time
- Should have had experience in vendor management. Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
**Role Deliverables**:
- Helms and runs all stages of production from pitch to delivery and will be expected to work across the Content Team.
- Ensures the execution is aligned with brand brief and creative concepts for video and still photography shoots and brand campaigns.
- Manages end-to-end production from creative development through to execution, delivery, and uploading of content. Leads multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring clear lines of communication with all stakeholders
- Responsible for defining the details of the approved brief and plan for execution, including preparing the project plan/network in great detail
- Supervises the creative workflow and deliverables for projects keeping in mind timeframes, budgets, and aesthetic benchmarks
- Follows up on all permissions required for shoot.
- Attends briefings and subsequently conceptualises ideas and visualises videos and photo shoots
- Knowledge of post production process as and when the project demands and as per the skill set
- Builds and manages the vendor database and scouts for great creative partners
