Job Title**:Associate** **Creative Producer**

Reports to**:Head of Films/Animation**

Location: Medulla Office, Santacruz East

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**YOU SHOULD HAVE**
- 3+ years of experience managing/producing creative projects that include video/stills shoot
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, and reporting to the films lead
- Interest in Creative Storytelling and Direction/Production

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee all aspects of video production and execution, including pre-production planning, filming, and liaison with the post-production team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance/creative/servicing), external vendors, and freelance talent to ensure smooth production workflows and timely delivery of all shoot-based and select animation-based videos.
- Manage production process including budget, location, and sourcing additional talent if required (DPs, Directors, Freelance Expert Crew)
- Creative/Production/Planning assistance to the Head of Films across Direction/Post-Production, including finding and creating film reference decks for various shoot/animation video projects
- Operate and manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, including conducting and planning still photography and video shoots (client bytes, testimonials, internal case study videos, KOL videos etc.)
