FG Glass is a leading supplier of architectural glass products, designing, producing, and delivering glass to real-estate developers, building construction companies, and curtain wall and structural glazing fabricators. As the processing division of the Fishfa Group, one of India's oldest and largest glass corporations, FG Glass boasts multiple warehousing and manufacturing facilities in Western India and employs over 400 people.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman + Office Sales + Order Coordination at FG Glass Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, assisting customers with sales inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Daily tasks include drafting glass designs, providing customer support, processing sales orders, coordinating with the production team, and maintaining records of transactions and deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ability to create detailed architectural drawings
  • Experience in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate orders effectively, ensuring timely production and delivery
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the glass industry is a plus
