Ropani is a homegrown gardening ecommerce brand bringing plants, planters and bird-care products to Indian homes. We're a fresh small team focused on great products, thoughtful content, and smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

Our startup environment gives you the holistic opportunity to explore and contribute to the various aspects of managing and designing that go on behind the scenes at a business. Your primary tasks will be:

Website management:
 Update banners/listings, populate sections, publish and manage products.

Graphic design:
 Social posts, ads, web banners (Canva).

Customer queries:
 Primarily addressing queries on WhatsApp.

Strategy & ideation:
 Plan content, campaign ideas, basic strategies.

Operations:
M
anage inventory and oversee packaging/dispatch.

Qualifications

We're looking for a driven, fast learner who's excited to wear multiple hats (website, ops, customer care, content) and grow with us long term. Freshers are welcome, because we value drive and creative thinking over years of experience.

You should bring basic graphic design skills (Canva) to create clean social posts and web banners, strong communication in Hindi/English for clear customer and team interactions, solid habits to manage calendars, assets, and tasks, and the creativity to generate on-brand, conversion-minded ideas. A gardening hobby is always a plus :)

Location

Minal Residency (on-site), six days a week from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Stipend

Up to 15,000/per month based on task performance and interview.
