Role Summary
Own
revenue and partnerships
: build a high-quality pipeline, sign academies/clubs/schools/corporates/tournament orgs, and deliver paid events & CRM subscriptions. You're a hunter who also lands and expands.
What You'll Do
- Pipeline & Outreach:
Prospect
50–70 qualified leads/month
via WhatsApp/phone/field/LinkedIn; run demos, proposals, MoUs. - Closures & Revenue:
Close
5–7 deals/month
(mix: paid events and CRM subscriptions). Build quarterly circuits; upsell sponsor packs/overlays. - Account Management:
Launch partners on time; enable CRM adoption; drive repeats. Coordinate with ops for

Maintain CRM hygiene; weekly forecast with
