Role Overview

We're looking for an
ambitious and motivated Associate Backend Developer
with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development.

The ideal candidate has a
strong foundation in both Python and Java
, and a genuine interest in exploring
cross-functional technologies
such as
AI
,
cloud computing
, and
blockchain
.

This role offers the chance to learn from experienced engineers, contribute to real-world backend systems, and grow into a versatile full-stack or cross-domain developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using:
  • Python (Flask)
  • Java (Spring Boot)
  • Design and implement
    RESTful APIs
    and
    microservices
    .
  • Collaborate on projects integrating
    AI models
    ,
    cloud infrastructure
    , and
    blockchain components
    .
  • Work with
    PostgreSQL
    and
    MongoDB
    databases for data management and optimization.
  • Use
    Git
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
    for version control, containerization, and automated deployment.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    ,
    agile ceremonies
    , and
    team discussions
    to improve code quality and technical design.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience (including internships or project experience) as a
    Backend Developer
    or
    Software Engineer
    .
  • Solid programming skills in
    Python
    and
    Java
    .
  • Understanding of
    REST API architecture
    and backend design principles.
  • Familiarity with
    PostgreSQL
    and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Git/GitHub
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and explore technologies in
