Organizational Impact: They act as a force multiplier, improving the productivity and technical capabilities of engineers across teams and beyond their immediate scope. Collaboration: They collaborate extensively with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to align technical solutions with business requirements and deliver value. Quality & Best Practices: They ensure high standards of code quality and reliability, often by providing feedback, reviewing code, and advocating for best practices and architectural consistency. Strategic Input: They contribute to high-level decision-making and can act as technical advisors to leadership, influencing the organization's technical trajectory.

Pay: ₹20, ₹33,742.45 per month
