Title: Senior Product Project Manager – Power BU

Experience: years

Location: Bangalore

Purpose of the Role:

· Analyze trends, Portfolio Analysis, Monitor competition

· Lead new product development

· Prepare the global regional market launches.

· Product Testing as per IEC/UL standards

· Software Configurator – Product Enhancements and additions

· Analyze the turn overs / sales reports.

· Creation of reports / Dashboards

· Manage Product Life cycle, Product Info, Data sheets etc.

· Support Product Launch, Marketing and Training Support

· Create White Papers and Battle Cards for the Global Markets

Outcome Required / Strategic Priorities

· Analyze the market trends

· Monitor Competition

· Identify and analyze the product gaps

· Focal point for new product development

· Prepare Market Launch for Global / Regional Markets

· Analyze the turnover / Sales report and creation of customized reports.

Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks

· Gather information of global markets

· Have a in depth information of competition and the products being launched.

· Make a business case for developing new products and be a focal point for new product development in coordination with Design, Quality, Sourcing etc.

· Creation of technical write ups, battle cards, marketing material with coordination from marketing team.

· Global launch plan for the products

· Analyze the sales reports / turnover and creation of reports for Global requirements.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Product Management

· Research & Technical Skill

· Good Analytical Skills & Communication skill (Verbal and Written)

· Presentation Skills

· Design knowledge and through knowledge on sheet/plastic material for our industry use.

· Project management skill would be an added advantage

Qualification:

  • B Tech Degree in Electrical with 12 – 14 years' Product Management experience.
