Key Responsibilities

  • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen, etc.) with direct clients and implementation partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consulting companies.
  • Post resumes on various job portals, networking sites, and social media platforms to generate leads.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors/clients to maximize profit margins while ensuring consultant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors, and follow up until placement.
  • Keep track of consultants' project status and proactively market them before project completion.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and updates in the database/ATS.
  • Work closely with the HR/1. recruitment team for smooth onboarding and compliance.
