Job Title: Delivery Manager

Profile Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects across diverse engagement modelsFixed Price, Time & Material (T&M), and Outcome-Based contracts. This role requires hands-on experience in global delivery models (offshore/nearshore), deep domain expertise, and a strong foundation in modern software development methodologies and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery—ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality benchmarks, budget, and profitability targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks for project execution and client engagement, including regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of project delivery while simultaneously managing client relationships and operational excellence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
  • Manage escalations and delivery blockers effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, including drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and related documentation.

  • Technical background in application development technologies such as .NET and Java; exposure to additional platforms is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.

Educational Qualifications

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
  • PMP and Agile certifications are a strong advantage
