Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more products within our portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about solving real-world problems with technology.

Youll act as the voice of the customer while balancing business goals and technical constraints to create products that drive growth and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and goals.
  • Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Write clear and actionable product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build, test, and launch features on time and within scope.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to optimize adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Act as the product evangelist, communicating product vision and strategy internally and externally.
  • Prioritize features and bugs using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or Kano in collaboration with tech and business teams.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure products meet compliance, security, accessibility, and other relevant standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3 to 6 years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven success in owning and delivering software or digital products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams, wireframes, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision)
