About the Role:

We, at D2 International, are looking for an experienced
Industrial Engineer
from the leather accessories export industry. The role involves overseeing factory operations, ensuring cost-effective production, and managing timely order execution. Candidates with experience in leather handbags and accessories, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Creating bespoke solutions to meet client requirements
  • Delivery of Lean Solutions
  • Change Management Process
  • Lean and Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Customised Solutions)
  • Development of New Lean Solutions for Clients
  • Lean Coaching, mentoring
  • Project Execution where applicable
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Crystal Lean Solutions Identifying scope for process optimizations and reducing cycle time
  • Conducting Time study, Method study, and Capacity study
  • Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control
  • Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost
  • Line balancing
  • Kaizen Implementations
  • Implementation of 5s and Lean manufacturing procedures
  • Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications and manufacturing capabilities
  • Assisting in financial planning and cost analysis
  • Study and rearrange material flow and operations sequence
  • Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to accelerate production operations

Essential Skills and Qualification:

  • Industrial Handbags & Accessories Industrial Engineer
  • Bachelor's Degree from Premium Institutes
  • Must have working Experience Leather Handbags and Accessories Export House as a PPC, IE executive, IE manager
  • Total work experience :
    8 years
    (Preferred in Industrial Engineering)
